Together with our team composed of more than 190 high-caliber professionals, we develop a culture of excellence and deliver cost-effective advice.💼 Corporate IT Consultant - Luxembourg (1-3 years experience)Mission:Join a dynamic Corporate IT team and contribute to key IT operations and support activities in an international environment.
Your responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate IT team on daily operations and projects
  • Track Azure budgets and help implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Monitor ticket quality and SLAs for Cloud and Onsite providers
  • Provide end-user and VIP support (floorwalking, IT assistance, video conferences)
  • Assist with Facilities Management (IT-related tasks, testing, go-live, and aftercare)
Your profile:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Corporate IT with Microsoft Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & SharePoint (Azure is a plus)
  • Experience supporting VIP users and managing video conference setups
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Fluent in English, excellent communication and organizational skills
