Senior Corporate Officer – Chance to become ManagerWe are currently in contact with a well-established PSF who is seeking for a Senior Corporate Officer with the ambition to evolve as Manager. The structure has developed steadily in Luxembourg over the years and now wishes to reinforce its corporate team with someone capable of combining operational expertise with the potential to move into a managerial role.With a large field of expertise, you will mostly be in contact with commercial entities and will to interact with an international client base, a significant portion of which is German-speaking.You will join a dynamic team who care about a well done work and have the pleasure to be in charge of leading your colleagues to succeed in this purpose. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from an international dimension allowing you to connect with colleagues coming from all around the world.This opportunity would fit someone who speaks German, enjoys working closely on their files and is ready to take on additional responsibilities over time.Your Responsibilities | Corporate – PSF – Fiduciary - Management
  • You will ensure the management of the corporate lifecycle of mainly financial entities (SOPARFI, Holdings…), ensuring both constitutions and liquidations as well as the steps in between.
  • You will be in charge of the organization and preparation of board meetings.
  • You will be the liaise between entities and external stakeholders.
  • In time, you will help manage the corporate governance team by supporting your colleagues in theirs work and supervising operations.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – PSF – Fiduciary - Management
  • You have at least 6 years of experience as a Corporate officer within a service provider in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in English and German, allowing you to communicate smoothly with both clients and your colleagues.
  • You are looking for an opportunity where you can evolve as a Manager and handle responsibilities according to your level of experience.

  • An annual gross salary that could reach 85 000€ according to your level of experience and competencies. In addition, you will benefit a bonus allowing you a complement of salary to invest in your personal projects.
