- Lead a team of Product managers responsible for enabling new capabilities relevant to EU customers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to agree on key priorities integrating product strategy with broader business goals.
- Own EU product strategy, roadmap, and (selectively) execution for the Sustainability, IT Services, Managed Spend charters.
- Influence global product teams to prioritize and deliver the EU roadmap.
- Define product requirements and drive feature prioritization, translating customer insights and business objectives into actionable specifications using data-driven trade-off analysis.
- Establish and monitor success metrics across product and operational excellence, defining KPIs, tracking progress, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and using data-driven insights to identify efficiencies and guide strategic decisions.
- Manage stakeholder communication and champion EU customer-centricity, preparing strategic recommendations while conducting customer interviews to ensure decisions remain grounded in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Amazon Business EU Product is shaping the EU-specific solutions by working backwards from the specific customer requirements on select, critical charters. As non-tech Product Managers, we own the EU customer journey in charters where the requirements are vastly different from the US. We are a team that influences without authority, so we are looking for individuals that can earn trust with global stakeholders through domain expertise. We achieve this by listening to multiple sources (Voice of Customer; Competition Benchmarking; Customer Service Cases; Customer Service data; UX Research; Industry trends) to stay connected to our respective domains and inform our roadmaps.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Several years of product management experience
- Several years of team management experiencePreferred Qualifications- Master's degree
- Experience in product strategy
- Strong understanding of institutional purchasing in European markets
- Knowledge of EU regulations affecting business and government procurement decisions
