- Generate and support CAD and CAE studies with 2D/3D CAD models for analysis supporting new OE models
- Develop and provide internal manufacturing specification drawings to Webasto manufacturing plants
- Work with engineers, program managers, and other subject matter experts to interpret design concepts, determine nature and type of required detailed working drawings
- Support engineering studies on design for products, associated components, and structures by using 3d CAD models to develop feasibility drawings and technical data sheets
- Support Webasto feasibility and quoting process utilizing appropriate cad tools for technical information
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive product design using cad tools like CATIA V5 / Corel Draw / 3Dx as well as in CAD standards (experience in automotive glass products highly preferred)
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point
- Good communication skills in English are mandatory; German and/or French are a strong asset
- Independent and solution-oriented work style
