
Sales Representative - IT Business Solutions and Business Consulting

- Fundamentals = MUST HAVE: Ensure the role of Business Manager on your client and prospect perimeter: account mapping, understanding of issues, industry trends and c-levels constraints, collection of needs and specifications, participation in appointments and follow-up of services at your clients.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT business solutions and consulting services. Lead the pre-sales activities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Software/business Applications, Finance or consulting industry in Luxembourg.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Fluency in both English and French ; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
