- Ensure that the internal documentation utilized in Technical Service is adapted and does not deviate from the applicable procedures and regulations
- Review, update and create maintenance tasks issued from the maintenance programs on a regular bases
- Create step sheets for un-/scheduled maintenance in order to achieve the efficient use of given resources and collect feedback aiming for best internal practices
- Participate to regular information exchange meeting with Engineering to be introduce new maintenance program tasks (SB's and AD's) in House.
- Assists on daily hand-over meetings with Maintenance Control and Production to provide a complete work package including priorities assigned to the different work.
- Participate to daily morning meeting and collect defect from line (MEL, PARTS, TOOLS...)
- Checks if documents are complete and usable.
- Checks availability of materials, tools, and ground support equipment and adjust short term planning.
- Requests Engineering to receive additional information when necessary.
- Requests Logistics to prepare necessary parts needed.
- Assign the jobs to be performed to the different shift/teams.
- Gives clear instructions to the Crew Leaders about priorities and deadlines to be set.
- Coordinates workload status and Hangar situations.
- Creates step sheets for unscheduled maintenance such as engine change, propeller change, hard landing, exceedances… aimed at achieving the efficient use of the resources and best internal practices.
- Provide assistance to Engineering and Maintenance Control Center when required.
- Assist in training of production staff on new instructions and processes.
- Recommend methods or equipment intended to improve the Maintenance Process.
- Issue and maintain hangar and shop layout to show the equipment location.
- Perform corrective actions on every non-conform documents (WO, SB, Task cards).
- Be holder of a licence EASA B1.1 or B2
- Be at least Senior A/C Technician or equivalent
- Have a knowledge of technical operations and regulations applicable to LG Technics
- Accept Duty Travel
- Be familiar with standard office applications
- Have a very good knowledge of IT tools being used in production
- Be well organized
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
- Refer to the training table
- Be able to take initiative and to be creative
- Be autonomous and well organized
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
- Show the ability for clear expression in writing
- Be capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Show administrator skills in the tools used in LG Technics
- Be competent in reading and understanding the manuals issued by the Type Certificate Holder
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
