- Staying up to date with our products and each client’s business needs to provide relevant, value‑added insights.
- Monitoring client usage and engagement to ensure they get maximum benefit from our services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with our product and service development strategy.
- You must have proven customer success experience within the finance or financial services industry.
- Experience using Salesforce
- You will have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- You should have strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- You will be confident in building trusted, long‑lasting relationships.
- You must be adept at managing multiple priorities with diligence and attention to detail.
