Responsibilities
Accounting & financial reporting
- Assist the finance team with the review of the accounting for the investment programs (ManCo, funds and SPVs) executed by an external service provider
- Assist the finance team with the coordination of audit process
- Assist with the review of the monthly reporting prepared by the loan administrator/custodian
- Assist with the preparation and review of regulatory reporting dedicated to investors
- Assist with tax compliance
- Assist the with the tracking/reconciliation of assets and interest calculation
- Assist the trade closer with the trade settlement process
- Assist the finance team with the cash monitoring and control
- Assist the finance team with the process of capital calls and distribution from target investments
- Assist the finance team with the management of leverage facilities
- Assist the finance team with the billing process and review of budgets
- Degree educated in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the audit/reporting/administration of alternative funds
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/DSCG/CPA or equivalent) would be a strong asset
- Experience and knowledge in accounting and legal/regulatory requirements for Luxembourg vehicles (SIF / SOPARFI) is an advantage
- Fluency in English is a must
- Highly motivated, multi-tasking, able to work efficiently under pressure and proactive
- Taking ownership of tasks, excellent prioritization skills and a hands-on attitude are a must
- Solid communication skills and a team player
