- Support the implementation and rollout of a new EPM tool (Onestream)across RTL Group entities.
- Assist in collecting, analysing, and documenting business requirements from Finance and operational teams.
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and testing of budgeting, planning, and reporting solutions.
- Help prepare and maintain functional documentation and training materials.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, data validation, and issue tracking.
- Support end users during testing phases and go live activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external implementation partners in an international context.
- Learn progressively and contribute to the continuous improvement of Group Reporting Systems.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university programme (preferably with a focus on Finance, IT, or related fields).
- Solid basic understanding of IT concepts and comfortable working with multiple applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Able to work autonomously while following guidance when required.
- Capable of translating research and findings into clear, structured text and visuals.
- Curious, highly motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
