- Perform the defined controls on the operational and financial side, and manage the relationships with the internal audit team and the Back Office team
- Maintain the procedures updated
- Develop and maintain controls on Back office activities
- Continuously develop the risk management environment, ie developing a credit risk management policy as an objective
- Develop a credit risk follow up at counterparty level
- Coordinate with AM Treasury, who supports with some controls on the operations
- Ensure the accuracy of market data used for such calculations of exposure / financial results
- Supporting the Front Office on trading operations, advising on the risks related to each investment strategy
- Provide management with reporting on the positions, (Hedging performance, Mark-to-Market, Mark-to-Budget , …)
- Contribute to Energy Budget and MRF cycle analysis
- Regulatory follow up (bank guarantees, credit risk with counterparties)
- Continuously participate in the IT project development with objective to automate reporting as much as possible
- Coordinate with EPO finance to ensure proper closing exercise, taking care of the accuracy of the results in terms of Stocks, EBITDA, Financial results…
- Coordinate with EPO finance on the accounting treatment of the operations, and contribute to the updates of the accounting policy
- Coordinate with Transfer pricing team on potential evolution of the business model.
- Specialization/interest in Finance, Controlling, Audit
- Background and experience (min 2 years) in Finance, Controlling, Audit
- A positive attitude with energy, tenacity, and creativity to help develop and implement innovative propositions
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal colleagues at all levels of the business
- Your profile is rounded off by very good MS Office application knowledge
- Team player with the ability to think systemically and solve problems effectively and efficiently, always challenging the status quo.
- Strong communication skills in English (English speaking environment, other languages a plus but not a must)
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally within a multi-cultural environment.
