The firm's international team of more than 450 legal experts represents Luxembourg and foreign clients in all areas of Luxembourg business law from its main office in Luxembourg and representative offices in Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, New York, and Paris.Our service to clients is differentiated by the end-to-end specialist advice we offer, covering all legal, regulatory, taxation, and advisory aspects of doing business in Luxembourg.Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity, and real estate to corporate and tax matters.Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:Billing Data Quality Officer (m/f)Based in our Hamm officeYour role:As part of the Billing Data Quality Centralised team within the Finance and Accounting department, your main mission will be to maintain a high level of data quality and integrity regarding the billing of our four entities.In this context, your role will be to:Control the accounting and fiscal compliance of the invoices and credit notes prepared by the business teams, then validate them in our ERP system;Send the invoices to the clients after the daily control process;Take part in the processing of the reversal of timecards, expenses and charges;Validate the files openings and closings in the ERP system ;Deal with questions and tasks given by the members of the Business teams via our ticketing system and by phone, and identify potential training needs;Actively participate to the users' awareness regarding data quality and promote the good practices in relation to this topic;Control the data on basis of different analysis (monthly follow-up of the credit notes, of the Bills On Account…);Contribute to the analysis of the quality issues and be proactive regarding the solutions to implement (organization, processes, applications…);Measuring quality indicators and communicate the results regularly.Your profile:Graduate Bac+2 or equivalent, with previous administration experience;You master written and spoken English and French fluently;You have a good sense of analysis and real data processing skills;You have a service-oriented mind set, a strong team spirit and a positive "can do attitude";You are solution-oriented.Within Arendt, we uphold high standards.
