  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio composed of financial entities such as Soparfis, Holdings, SPVs, and Securitization Vehicles.
  • You will draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and board resolutions.
  • You will participate in board meetings and be in charge of preparing and taking minutes.
  • Liaising with third parties such as banks, notaries, and law firms will be an integral part of your daily responsibilities.
Profile and Career Path | Legal – Law – CoSec – Legal officer – Regulatory - Finance
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, ideally within a PFS, fiduciary, or asset management company.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, which is essential for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties. German is considered a significant asset.
  • You are familiar with managing a portfolio composed of Soparfis, Holdings, and/or SPVs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to perform efficiently and effectively in this role.
