
Performance Analyst (M/F)

- Analysing fund and benchmark performance across asset classes.
- Implementation, control and distribution of performance reports for UCITS and AIFs with different datasets and distribution frequencies.
- Develop and maintain performance measurement methodologies.
- Data management: monitor and control the quality of data.
- Implementation and control of technical and product-based change.
- Support requests coming from our parent company (monthly, quarterly, stakeholder’s reports...).
- Collaborating with the team for the management of new reporting requirements based on client demand and the consequent development, testing, and distribution of new reports.
- Support ad hoc queries and projects as required.
- Maintaining high accuracy of data input and reporting through extensive quality checks.
- Liaising with stakeholders with regards to reporting requirements, provision of data and resolution of data issues.
- Help drive team forward and promote team working.
- Supporting the control, and distribution of marketing material within set deadlines.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related discipline.
- Ideally at least two years of relevant experience in asset management.
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement methodologies.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, Morningstar Direct, Stat Pro Revolution and/or Revolution-I is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages would be considered an asset.
- Willingness and demeanour to challenge the status quo.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving and investigations.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Responsive and proactive in addressing client needs.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
