· Own the end-to-end delivery of a complex international project (scope, budget, schedule, quality)
· Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and subcontractors
· Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
· Define and maintain project governance, including planning, reporting, and risk management
· Manage resources, costs, forecasting, and change control throughout the project lifecycle
· Provide clear visibility to senior management on progress, risks, and financial performanceQualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on complex technical programs
· Strong expertise in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
· Experience working in highly structured and regulated environments
· Ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
· Full professional proficiency in EnglishHalian Group
