- Administration tasks around registration of new loans agreements in the systems & routines
- Handling admin tasks aroundloan prepayments and termination of loans
- Maintenance Reserves – Request & process monthly reports, update MR statements / contracts, monitor receipt of funds.
- Aircraft Reports – Monitor requirements in calendar, request reports, update of calendar.
- Insurance Renewals – Correspondence with Brokers, monitor receipt of insurance certificates, update calendar, MACS and DS.
- Eurocontrol Monthly Monitoring
- Monitor calendar (action items, covenants, LC expiries, Eurocontrol).
- Agency Role function of PK Luxembourg (shared with other contract management team member)
- Treatment of ad hoc requests from customers, in-house
- Assisting with auditor requests
- File client Management reports on server
- Overseeing (and back-up) Financial Statement Requests and Monitoring
- Backup for Customer Invoicing
- Back-up Administrative Assistant
- University Degree in Finance, Legal or similar education
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Highly motivated, confident with a flexible attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to perform under pressure/against tight deadlines
- Excellent administrative and inter-personal skill
- Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Good PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Business level written and oral communication skills in English

- Unrestricted work authorization in the Luxembourg
