- Contribute to the preparation, structuring, and execution of new debt issuances across different formats (covered bonds, senior preferred/non-preferred, private placements, EMTN, etc.).
- Support market analysis to assess issuance opportunities and funding conditions.
- Coordinate documentation, internal approvals, and communication with banking partners.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the covered bond programme (eligibility checks,
- pool reporting, regulatory documentation).
- Support interactions with auditors, regulators, and rating agencies.
- Follow developments in debt capital markets, interest rate movements, spreads, peer activity, and investor appetite.
- Help prepare investor presentations, market updates, and internal analysis.
- Participate in investor calls, meetings, or conferences when relevant.
- Contribute to the update and maintenance of the Bank's issuance programmes.
- Support initiatives related to the Green Bond Framework and other ESG-related funding topics.
- Collaborate closely with ALM, Risk Management, and Finance teams on liquidity, regulatory, or strategic topics.
- Support the monitoring of outstanding funding instruments, including regulatory reporting, upcoming maturities, embedded options, and internal data updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date funding databases.
- Coordinate with Back Office, Middle Office, and control functions to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Understanding of financial markets, bonds, or interest rate products is an asset-further training will be provided.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Bloomberg or treasury systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French. German is a plus.
- Highly motivated, curious, and eager to develop strong expertise in debt capital markets.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable learning in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear and structured communicator.
- Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
