Investment Funds Lawyer – Boutique Law Firm, International ExposureMy client is a boutique law firm based in Luxembourg, specializing in Investment Funds law and advising an international client base on sophisticated fund structures. Although relatively recently established in Luxembourg, the firm benefits from strong technical expertise, experienced leadership, and a clear long-term vision.The Luxembourg office operates with a dynamic and experienced team, maintaining close day-to-day interaction between lawyers and partners thanks to its human-sized structure. The firm follows a pragmatic, client-oriented approach, allowing lawyers to work directly on matters and develop a high level of technical autonomy. The working environment promotes technical excellence, responsibility, and professional growth, while preserving a respectful and balanced atmosphere.As part of the continued expansion of its Investment Funds practice, the firm is now looking to recruit a Senior Investment Funds Lawyer to support complex mandates and contribute actively to the further development of the team.Your Responsibilities | Corporate – M&A – Transactions – Advisory - Lawyer
  • Advise on the structuring, establishment and ongoing management of investment funds, mainly alternative investment funds.
  • Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation and investor-related agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory and contractual aspects related to investment vehicles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to an international client base, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
  • Contribute to the handling of complex and cross-border matters in cooperation with other jurisdictions.
  • Support the development of practice and share expertise within the team when required
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – M&A – Transactions – Advisory - Lawyer
  • University degree in Law (master’s level); an LL.M. is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within an investment funds practice in Luxembourg.
  • Strong academic background and solid technical expertise in investment funds law.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; French, Italian, Spanish or German are considered strong assets.
  • Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Willingness to grow within a boutique structure offering visibility and responsibility.
