You will also be surrounded by experienced lawyers who will support your development and help you perform at your best.The firm is experiencing steady growth within the firm while still being very mindful about maintaining strong human values and respect internally, which is why their teams of lawyers are quite stable.They are therefore currently looking for a Fund Lawyer with exposure to AIF as well as UCITS funds to strengthen their team.Your Responsibilities | Funds – UCITS – Law - Legal - Law Firm - Avocat
  • You will be involved in advising clients on a wide range of investment fund structures, with regular exposure to UCITS vehicles, allowing you to progressively develop strong technical expertise in this specific area of the Luxembourg market.
  • You will draft and review legal documentation related to the creation, structuring and ongoing lifecycle of funds, including agreements, while ensuring compliance with Luxembourg legal requirements.
  • Working closely with colleagues from other departments and international offices, you will contribute to transactions and day-to-day legal support, gradually becoming a reliable contact for clients and internal teams.
Profile and Career Path | Funds – UCITS – Law - Legal - Law Firm - Avocat
  • You ideally have between 1 and 5 years of experience in the investment funds department within a law firm in Luxembourg, with prior experience to UCITS required.
  • You are fluent in English and French, allowing you to operate in an international environment and interact with a diversified client base. German is a considerable asset.
  • You are organized and team-oriented, and you are eager to develop your technical skills within a structured team where you can progressively gain responsibility.
  • You are motivated to build a long-term career in investment funds law and appreciate working in a professional and multicultural environment.
