  • You will learn to take on your own client portfolio (composed of Holdings, funds) from the constitution to the liquidation.
  • As a Corporate Officer, you will be named as the point of contact with your clients and third parties, which will help you to create a solid working relationship with various stakeholders.
  • You will have to organize board and shareholder meetings, draft the minutes, participate in the approval of annual accounts, follow up on transactions, publish all necessary changes on the Trade and Business Register and so on.

  • For this opportunity, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous person that is able to speak English fluently. An intermediary level of French will be considered an additional plus but is not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or Legal Officer in a similar company in Luxembourg is required for this position, since it will provide you with a good basis to evolve in your autonomy.
  • You consider yourself as a dynamic person who has good interpersonal and communication skills, which will help you to integrate quickly within the team.

  • According to your profile and experience for this position, your annual gross remuneration could reach € 55.000, which will allow you as a (Junior) Corporate Officer to have a good level of independence.
