On behalf of our partner, a leading Swiss Management Company specialized in UCITS, we are seeking a future Compliance Officer for their growing Luxembourgish team.The company, active on the financial market for more than 20 years, offers a diversified specter of services, from fund management to wealth management. With around €2 bln. assets under management, they kept growing and specialized mainly in UCITS with a small part of Alternatives.A medium sized team, composed of about 15 professionals, will allow you evolve in a friendly and positive environment. Besides, proximity with the train station, will help avoiding traffic jams.For their regulatory department, they are seeking an InvestmentCompliance Officer, with great knowledge of UCITS funds.Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and second reviews of the investments objectives and policy (including regulatory monitoring for UCITS and AIFs).
  • Perform daily Eligibility controls.
  • Perform investment restriction controls: Investigation, solving and justify all breaches and warning cases to comply with the prospectus rules and other investment restrictions of the funds.
  • Review of impact valuations as well as CSSF communication in case of active breaches.
Yourprofile:You have at least 2 years of experience as an Investment Compliance Officer in the investment funds industry. You have very good knowledge of the Luxembourgish legal framework and are interested to deepen your skills in the field. English and Italian language is mandatory. You have great communication skills, written and oral, and are solution oriented.The offer:An interesting and attractive salary that might go up to 55 000€ gross per year.
