Legal Secretary F/H

• You will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to Partners and Associates within a dynamic law firm environment.
• Your responsibilities will include drafting, formatting and reviewing legal documentation, managing agendas, deadlines and court filings, and coordinating with clients and external parties.
• You will ensure a high level of organisation, discretion and accuracy in all tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the legal team.

• You have previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role within a law firm, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Experience in corporate, banking or funds matters is considered an advantage.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is an asset.
• Organised, proactive and reliable, you are able to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop within a structured legal setting.
