Job Description:Market Intelligence:
  • Research and analyze market trends related to the qualities of recycling fractions.
  • Monitor pricing fluctuations and provide insights to support pricing strategies.
  • Share market intelligence with relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Sales Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and support sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Commercial Controlling:
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all volumes and qualities, including buyback, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee data control for BD Recycling, including documentation of recycling activities and sales.
  • Implement data management best practices to ensure data integrity.
Handle Buyback Transactions:
  • Support to BD management during the negotiation with OEM's and manage buyback agreements.
  • Engage with clients (internal and external to AM) to facilitate buyback processes.
  • Ensure all buyback transactions adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales coordination in recycling, steel or a related field. Experience in buyback transactions would be a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurship and proactivity.
  • Excellent data management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of recycling industry practices and market dynamics (preferred).
