You will assist in the structuring and set-up of investment funds, including alternative investment vehicles mainly.
You will draft and review legal documentation related to fund formation and operations.
You will collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects and contribute to the development of client relationships.
You will stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments impacting the funds industry

Profile and Career Path |Law Firm – Law – Legal – Avocat - Fund – Advisory – AIF – UCITS

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Fund Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English and French, whereas German is considered an asset but is not a must at all.
You have a solid understanding of AIF structures, with exposure to UCITS being a plus.
You are looking to develop your career within an international firm offering long-term prospects.
