  • Advising clients on the optimal course of action in terms of investment strategies while always keeping in mind their business objectives and strategy. This includes the fund set-up and fund structuring, of course in close collaboration with the Senior Associates and Partner.
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects and implementation of recently enacted laws and regulations.
  • Representing the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.

  • You possess between 1 and 3 years of experience within the Investment Fund department of a law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in a firm that is implanted internationally is a considerable asset. You have also primarily worked with alternative investment vehicles.
  • You speak fluent English and French fluently and are comfortable communicating both orally and in writing to a diverse panel of stakeholders. Any additional language is an advantage.
  • Your dynamic and uplifting spirit allows for teamwork and problem-solving.
