What if it was you?Your mission: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development Manager to lead the business learning engagement relationship across our organization. This role will act as the primary L&D partner for one of our key business group while also overseeing strategic alignment with other business units by enabling and guiding embedded learning specialists.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in L&D, project and program management expertise, and a data-driven mindset to deliver impactful learning solutions that drive business performance and capability development through trusted partnership with business leaders.Be a part of our team where you will:Engage Strategic Business partnership:
  • Serve as the lead L&D partner for the business, understanding its strategic goals and aligning learning initiatives accordingly;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to influence and shape the learning agenda.
Oversee Cross-Business L&D:
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to learning specialists embedded in other business units;
  • Ensure consistency, alignment, and scalability of learning strategies across the organization;
  • Build the enablement tools and mechanisms to drive the impact
Be involved in Program & Project Management:
  • Design, manage, and evaluate end-to-end learning programs and initiatives including facilitation;
  • Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes.
Be part of Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage learning analytics and business data to assess impact, identify gaps, and continuously improve learning solutions;
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Ensure Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Facilitate regular engagement forums, feedback loops, and collaborative planning sessions with business leaders;
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for continuous learning and development;
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and broader HR stakeholders to drive alignment to maximize the outcomes.
Demonstrate Learning Innovation & Enablement:
  • Stay abreast of L&D trends, technologies, and best practices;
  • Promote a culture of learning agility and innovation across the business;
  • Facilitate various experiments to embed L&D innovation into the business learning agenda to enhance the learning experience
Let’s talk about you. If you …
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in L&D, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred);
  • Have 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or strategic business partnering role;
  • Demonstrate proven track record of delivering impactful learning programs and managing complex projects;
  • Show strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Have proficiency in learning analytics, data interpretation, and reporting;
  • Have experience working in a matrixed or professional services environment is a plus.
