As an HR Partner, you’ll drive a positive employee experience through your detailed grasp of HR programmes, processes, and tools, offering credible and clear HR advice to Amazon’s managers. From resolving complex HR queries with colleagues to perfecting new policies and programmes, you’ll be making a real difference in how Amazon operates.Key job responsibilities
  • Become first point of contact for employee’s HR queries
  • Coach Managers on HR related topics
  • Complex employee case management in line with local legislation
  • Conduct investigations in consultation with management
  • Collaborate with management to execute recruitment, on boarding and training initiatives and internal mobility
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement communications plans
  • Manage and deploy small to medium scale HR projects and change initiatives
  • Partner with managers on performance management and talent development and provide insights into impact on comp & benefits
  • Maintain site policy and services and manage policy change roll-out to ensure business adoption and/or understanding of changes
  • Support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changes
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business
A day in the lifeHR Partner get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Amazon a great place to work.
From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You’ll be taking a fresh look at our working culture and thinking of new ways to optimise them.
You’ll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you’ll be helping our colleagues grow.   • A degree.
  • Relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • A Master’s degree in an HR related field or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience managing small to medium scale projects.
  • Experience as a people leader, with a focus on hiring and developing the best talent.
