- Oversee the activities and deliverables delegated to our Central Administrators and custodian bank (funds’ NAV production ex-post controls, performance fees’ calculation, Dividends’ calculation, application of ADL and swing pricing, reconciliation of cash and stock breaks etc.), while ensuring continuous compliance with the ESMA Undue costs’ regulation (regular costs’ analysis, budget control and review);
- Act as a privilege point of contact for all the Central Administration and custody related queries received from internal or external stakeholders;
- Participate to periodic service review meetings with clients and providers (e.g. Central Administrators, custodian bank);
- Liaise with internal and external parties (mainly Depositary, Central Administration, Custody, Auditors, Investments managers) for Operations related activities;
- Ensure the onboarding process for investment funds with third-party service providers;
- Participate in updating the detailed departmental procedures covering all operational aspects;
- Participate at periodic service review meetings with various Fund Admins · Ensure effective cross-departmental coordination/collaboration when assessing operational model changes at fund level.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Central Administration/custodian Fund Operations, preferably in a Management Company;
- Sound knowledge of all Central Administration activities (FA, TA, Custody) and Funds’ Audit;
- Good understanding of the performance fees’ calculation mechanism, including the Fulcrum fee model;
- Knowledge of regulatory framework applying to Central administration and custodian bank;
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent;
- Solid analytical skills and ability to rapidly comprehend complex issues;
- Single-minded, self-motivated and flexible;
- Client-centric mindset and people-oriented culture;
- Excellent knowledge of English, verbal and written. Knowledge of French or German or Italian as additional language would be beneficial.
