- Acting as the first point of contact for any L&D related queries
- Organization of onboarding training for new employees
- Monitoring of employee training via our platform (creation of training courses, registration, management of employee attendance)
- Participation in various training projects: meeting with service providers, choice of programs, evaluations of previous training courses
- Coordinating and liaising with external training suppliers
- Processing of invoices and expense sheets related to training courses received or given
- Training report
- Production of the final report INFPC
- Strong writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills, proactivity
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint...)
- A perfect knowledge of French and a good command of English are required
