C&U Europe, a subsidiary of the C&U Group, has been active in the European market since 2011 and opened a Technology Centre in Germany at the end of 2019.For our team in France and for French-speaking customers, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) located in Luxemburg to strenghten our team. You will lead efforts within Supply Chain and customer service functions including capacity check, production scheduling, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfillment.Your responsibilities
  • Cooperation with the French Sales Managers, centralized Customer Service and the centralized supply chain to ensure seamless delivery of our parts
  • Communication with our global colleagues and teams and collaboration in cross-departmental projects
  • Preparation and creation of quotations, price calculations and contract documents
  • Coordination of internal and customer-related processes with other departments
  • Maintaining customer information in the CRM and ERP systems
  • Acceptance and evaluation of customer orders
  • Coordinating order quantities with customers
  • Checking stock levels in our warehouses as well as regular stock checks (inventory) in collaboration with the warehouses
  • Ordering goods in our Chinese production facilities
  • Active participation in all phases of the end-to-end process, from procurement to customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and developing efficient workflows
  • Optimize existing supply chain operation to reduce leadtime and cost
  • Manage the customer satisfaction survey
  • Active participant in the implementation of CRM and ERP system
Your Profile
  • 5+ years experience working in Supply Chain and proven Customer Service support experience
  • High level of knowledge & experience with CRM & ERP Software, Microsoft Software package
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and characters
  • Strong communicator: phone/Email/messengers contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Mandarin, French and English language skills are preferred
